On March 5th, 2016, many of you will be taking the new and revised SAT exam. Although this might sound scary, you shouldn’t be worrying! This page will provide with all you need to know in order to do your best on this test.
New SAT vs. Old SAT
Opposed to the old SAT exam, the new one will only have two sections, which are Math and Reading. Furthermore, you will not get points taken away for guessing, and your chances of getting the correct answer are potentially higher. The SAT now correlates more with what students learn in school.
Also, the essay section will be optional, and the highest score you can receive is 1600, instead of 2400.
